Returns

You basically have 2 weeks to decide that your order brings you most joy. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, it’s yours for good. Hey sorry, but we have to cut it off somewhere and we won’t entertain refund requests after 14 days (for reals though we might consider 15 days).
Different products have different terms. Please note:
    • Handmade/Upcycled items in our collaborator artist collections: Return within 14 days for a refund of the original selling price to the original method of payment.
    • For the items we print to order, all sales are final. However, we are in the business of making people happy. If your purchase doesn’t bring you most joy, contact us and we'll try to calm you down. Contact us.
    • Vintage goods from the Straight Up Vintage Collection are not eligible for return. Delicate and/or rare items will be shipped with insurance, so do contact us if anything seems to have gone awry in transit.
    • All sale items or items purchased with a discount are FINAL SALE. It is just too complicated otherwise. We’re just people who want normal lives too.
    • We are unable to accept returns on swimwear or undergarments. You’re welcome.

      To be considered for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, obviously.

      To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (the email we sent you when you made your order should work).

      Mail your return to: 2060 Marilyn Drive, Chico CA 95928, United States. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

      If your item is over $50, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. I mean, we can't control everything.

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your item. Your potential refund will then be processed, and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. We will communicate with you if it will be longer than that.
